Our process
Three steps from the first call to a finished room, and nothing is ordered until you have approved the quote in writing.
We bring the samples to the room they are going in, rather than asking you to picture it. You see the plank, the carpet pile and the blind fabric against your own walls and under your own light. A mid-brown oak under retail LEDs is a different floor from the same oak in a north-facing room at 4pm.
Free, nothing is ordered on the visit
We measure on site and price the job from those measurements: materials, the wastage allowance that covers offcuts, and labour, each on its own line. The quote comes to you in writing, so what you approve is what gets ordered.
Itemised, in writing
We lift the old floor, install the new one, and walk the finished room with you before we leave. The old material goes with us, so it does not sit in the driveway waiting for a bin.

We bring the room to you instead. Every consultation happens in your home, so you're judging samples under your own light, not a showroom's fluorescent lighting.
