Book a free in-home consultation. We visit your home, bring samples relevant to your project, measure the space and put together a written estimate on the spot, with no cost and no obligation to book anything further.

We walk the room with you, talk about how the space actually gets used, bring out samples that make sense for it and take real measurements, then note anything that affects the job, such as stairs, transitions, old flooring that needs removing, or subfloor condition. You leave with a written estimate, not a verbal guess.

It depends on the scope. A single room takes less time than a whole floor or a multi-room quote. We’ll give you a realistic window when you book.

Clear access to the areas being measured, and have anyone else making the decision there if possible. Beyond that, there’s nothing to prepare, we bring the samples.

We work the other way around: we bring the room to you. Every consultation happens in your home, so you’re judging samples under your own light, against your own walls and cabinetry, not under a showroom’s fluorescent lighting. A mid-brown oak looks like a different plank in a north-facing living room at 4pm than it does on a retail floor, and that’s the comparison that actually matters.

No. Bringing samples to your home is the whole model, and it’s a better way to choose than a showroom visit, since you’re seeing the actual colour and texture in the room it’s going into.

No, it’s a non-binding starting point based on the measurements and product you enter. Your written estimate from the in-home consultation, based on an actual measure of your space and a look at the subfloor, is the number to plan around.

Construction, quality and what’s included. Two vinyl planks that look similar on screen can differ in core thickness, wear layer and warranty, and the total project price also depends on room size, waste, stairs, subfloor prep and removal of what’s currently down. Your written estimate breaks all of that out so you know what you’re paying for.

Selected products are marked Free install on their product page, and that installation is included in the price shown, with no separate labour line to budget for. Not every product carries the offer, so check the product page or ask us which items in your quote qualify.

It depends on product availability and how much prep the space needs. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during your quote, and in-stock products are usually the quickest to schedule.

Removal and disposal of what’s currently down can be part of the job. Confirm it’s included when you get your written estimate so there’s no surprise on install day.

Some subfloor conditions only show up once the old material is out. We’ll flag anything visible in advance, and any prep work discovered during the job is explained and agreed to before it is carried out, never added after the fact without you knowing.

It depends on the project and what’s agreed to in your estimate. Confirm what’s expected before install day so you’re not caught off guard.

Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product, so your specific product’s warranty document and your written agreement are what apply to your job. We’ll go over both before you commit. Installation workmanship is covered separately from the manufacturer’s product warranty.
